A website bringing together useful resources focused on improving wellbeing. The Good Thinking service is supported by the NHS and Public Health England and aims to support Londoners to better manage and maintain their wellbeing in ways that suit them.
The Reading Well service helps users to understand and manage their health and wellbeing using self-help reading. The scheme is endorsed by health professionals and supported by public libraries.
