Which part of Community Living Well Service would you like to refer yourself to?

Advice, guidance and support to gain or retain paid employment, improve employability skills and know your rights in the workplace.

Practical support with a range of issues, including benefits and debt; support to access specialist advice and information and to take steps to improve your wellbeing.

A range of support to help 16-25 year olds manage their overall wellbeing including Information, Advice & Guidance, social prescribing, coaching/mentoring, action planning and access to specialised services. Ideal for those with unmet needs, low mood, low motivation, depression, anxiety, CAMHS leavers and care leavers.

Local workshops, social activities, peer support groups and one-to-one support with other people who have had similar experiences to you

Self Care

For the self-care options, please only select two of the services. We are currently dealing with a high volume of self-care referrals so the more choices you select, the longer it will take for us to process your referral. Thank you for your cooperation.

We offer a mix of self-care, creative and social workshops and events. Our programme also includes group Wellbeing Walks and volunteering opportunities, delivered by the Volunteer Centre K&C.

On-going weekly groups, courses, monthly sessions and one-off workshops and events to help you build confidence, connect with others, and learn something new. Although offering a range of community wellbeing activities, ClementJames do not offer therapeutic support. Activities in-person at The ClementJames Centre itself.

A service ONLY FOR Arabic (Moroccan and Sudanese dialects), Farsi, French and Somali speakers that includes one-to-one emotional support and help with practical problems. This service usually consists of 5 sessions offered over the phone. 

Activity group for women of diverse backgrounds to explore the stories behind their favourite recipes with others in the community. Every Tuesday 12:30-14:30 at WECH Community Centre Selbourne House, Ground FL 36A Elgin Ave, W9 3AZ. This is a drop in session - women are welcome to join us on the day even if they haven't registered.

We hold our sessions at The Playground Theatre cafe at 11.15am on Wednesdays. Fill in the self-referral form for full info - we’d love to see you there! 

    A 20-minute 1:1 seated massage or reflexology session or a 30 minute phone guided 1:1meditation via phone/WhatsApp.
